As with all exercise and nutritional programs, please consult your physician first (especially if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating or under the age of 18. If anxiety, continuous headaches, nausea, heart palpitations, dizziness or depression is a result, lower dosage or discontinue. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 - 12 glasses of water per day. For best results, start off with a smaller dosage (i.e. 1 capsule per serving). Diabetics may need to lower dosage of medication – discuss with physician if experiencing low blood sugar events (hypoglycemia). Do not have more than 6 capsules per day and do not use this product for more than five consecutive days per week. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. Xédra-Cut Hardcore has a high caffeine content and is not recommended for the average female and individuals sensitive to caffeine (100mg/liquid capsule).
As a dietary supplement take 1-3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach (with a large glass of water) 30 minuets prior to your morning workout or breakfast. Take another 1-3 capsules 30 minuets prior to lunch. Do not use after four O'clock in the afternoon. Take Xedra-Cut Hardcore for five consecutive days of the week and stop use for two days before continuing again (2 days off). As with all weight control supplments Xedra-Cut Hardcore works best when combined with a balanced, energy controlled eating plan and regular physical activity.

Optional: Take 4 capsules Xedra-Cut stimulant free 30 mins before your eveing meal to control appetite, assist in blood sugar regulation and to optimise your weight loss result to an even greater extent. During the "2 days off" of not using Xedra-Cut Harddcore, it is advised to use Xedra-Cut Stimulant Free 3 times per day, 30 mins prior to meals.
